I took part in a skiing course this year. On the ninth of February, we left for the Krkonoše Mountains. I cannot say that our group was small because it contains two classes from our school, five teachers and on paramedic.
We stayed at the hotel Lyžařská bouda. The journey to the hotel was quite difficult because we had to go on foot in deep snow and for a long time. However, everyone made it in the end.

The first day we went skiing. We were divided in to five groups (according to our skiing skills) in which we were skiing all week. There were unpredictable weather conditions during our course. It was snowing, the sun was shining or it was foggy. Besides downhill skiing, we were enjoying cross-country skiing. We were practicing skate skiing or classical skiing technique. Even though we were cross-country skiing all day, the biathlon was the most entertaining. We shot and fell down. Every evening we had various activities. For example audio listening quiz, accident scenes or paramedic.

The skiing course was definitely great experience. I believe that it also helped to strengthen the relationship between us. And I will be always grateful for this unforgettable experience.
