On the 9th of February my class and KIB went on a skiing trip. At 9 a. m. the bus arrived and we put our luggage in. Packing for this trip was very stressful, because I´ve only been skiing twice in my life. After we arrived to Pec pod Sněžkou, 4 kilometers up a snowy hill were waiting for us. The walk up the hill was slippery, but after 2 hours we were at the top and the view was worth it.
The weather on the first day was sunny, so skiing was enjoyable. I was in a team for amateurs, because as I wrote earlier, I don´t go skiing very often. After lunch the teachers prepared small exercises for cross-country skiing to make us ready for the next day.
The second day everyone separated into two teams. One team would go cross-country skiing through an easier track. And the other through a more challenging one.
The next 3 days went by smoothly. Everyone enjoyed skiing and snowboarding and even cross-country skiing. ON the last night we played some pop songs on the speaker and everyone danced until 11 p.m. And that night was probably my biggest highlight from the trip.
